Jim Bowen at Advantage Heating and Air is honest, fair, and extremely skilled at his craft. He serviced our home heating and cooling system for a few years and when it was time to install a larger system, we called on Jim again. He gave us the best advice on which unit would work the most efficiently for our home, did a beautiful installation job and continues to do our twice yearly maintenance calls. I have had Advantage out to my house twice. Once the air conditiontioning had quit working and they arrived within a few hours. They assesed the problem, told me what was wrong and quoted me a price. Within a couple hours it was fixed and has been working great ever since. I felt like the treatment was fair and honest and the price was good. Another time I called up with an air filter issues. They spent about a 15-20 minutes checking things out and fixing the rack the fitler sat on, and did not charge me for this stop. They have won my business.
