Alexander's Chimney is a LIFE SAVER! Aldo found that our chimney liner was damaged and evidence that we had a chimney fire at some point since our last cleaning a year ago (another company). Had it not been for Aldo's thorough inspection, we may never had known this. It was frightening to think what could have happened if Aldo hadn't found this problem. We will have Alexander's replace the liner and brush up on "burning wood in our insert 101" before this winter. THANK YOU ALEXANDER'S!

I called Aldo at 4:30pm and he was at my house promptly at noon the next day. Our house filled with smoke and ash the night before I called. We have been here less than a year and learned the previous owners hadn't had it cleaned in the 20 years it's been here, gross, so he had quite a job to do. He gently wrestled the stubborn pipe, filled his vacuum a few times, and left it spotless along with the entire surrounding area. He even cleaned the glass! What a difference, we are toasty warm! All this, with friendliness and positivity. He is very reasonable and is very professional, I would recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Aldo! ( and Pammy)

We have had Don Alexander clean our wood stove's chimney every year for several years. Aldo (Don) is invariably on-time, personable, and efficient, and he does excellent work. That we have had absolutely no trouble with our stove tells the story.

Aldo put in a new woodstove and cleaned our chimney just before the snow came! He came to our house the same day I called and had it installed 2 days later.
