I had a gas fireplace that needed "something" done to it-it was letting in so much outside air we had to put plastic over it just to keep warm this winter. We called All American Chimney, and when "Chris" who was supposed to be some type of "manager" and "Junior" came to my home, neither one had any idea what they were doing-they suggested to us that we have a "B" vent run to the roof, but because our fireplace sticks out from the house -the pipe would have to stick out from the house by at least 3-4 feet! Plus they had the nerve to tell me it would cost $2000 to do the job and there is no guarantee that it would stop the draft. What kind of genius is that??? Chimney workers are supposed to be "TRAINED" professionals? They are messing with your families life if "THEY" screw up. I had no idea that Kmart gave classes on this type of stuff, I suppose Chris and Junior were the first two on line at Kmarts Blue light special for chimney classes! You guys stink-try another profession!

They are knowledgable and reliable, along with being friendly and nice. They did not try to sell me things I did not need. I would recommend you call ONLY this company. They can sure be trusted!!! Thank you for your great work
