I have HomeServe home warranty that covers water supply and drain plumbing failures. We had a leak on our water main in March. Apollo Drain bid for and was awarded the job and from the start there were problems getting HomeServe and Apollo to get approvals when the work crew showed up. We ended up putting in a new supply line which HomeServe paid Apollo $3200. The plumbers that did the work did a very good job. The problem with Apollo is the Billing dept. When I asked for an electronic copy of the work order between HomeServe and Apollo for City requirements, two weeks later I was e-mailed a contract from Apollo wanting "half of the money now and half upon completion"? What? It was like even after accepting the work offer from HomeServe, Apollo seemed to "forget" that HomeServe was the bill to and wanted to always send us a bill. Well, here's the Postscript to this story. Today, October 28th, 2014 I received an invoice dated 3/21/2014 for a $48.00 travel charge, and a notice from a Collection company on behalf of Apollo Drain for $75.00. Here Apollo was paid by HomeServe $3200 for a day's work and now 7 months later they send me a bill for $48.00 plus $4.32 interest along with a notice from a collection company.
My question to you the people that run Apollo is "What is going on?"
The response I got was "the invoices and statements have gone out". Well, I know that! My input was the information on your invoices is wrong. Seems the person I talked to went into a tailspin after that. Since the person I talked to felt that I was cutting her off in our phone conversation but when I gave her the chance to speak and she didn't have anything to say. Well, here's your chance.
Also, when your billing person hung up on me I was quietly waiting on the phone thinking she was doing something on her computer and the line goes dead. Is it standard practice at Apollo to hang up on your customers?
Since the people at Apollo feel threatened by my phone presence, perhaps they can respond in a public forum where the big, bad customer guy won't be so mean.
We highly recommend Apollo Drain and Rooter Service for Plumbing. Our main sewer line from the house was blocked and the plumber, Jerry Bales, was polite and cleaned up after himself. He used a truck mount power sprayer at 3500 PSI to clean it out and we are happy to say we don't need a new sewer pipe. But, if we did they are the the only certified installer of the Zero Dig Lateral Liner CIPP System in Oregon. Which is cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) it is one of several trenchless rehabilitation methods used to repair existing pipelines. CIPP is a jointless, seamless, pipe-within-a-pipe. I think this is why Mick's plumbing recommended them.There was a clog about 50 feet out and it is now clear. I was afraid it would cost us a fortune, but told my hubby that I would be happy if it was 500 bucks. Turns out it was a little more than 1/2 of that amount so we are all around happy, relieved people right now. Great work Apollo! We are now going to be using you for all our plumbing needs.
Plumber Ken Isaksen and the answering service at apollo drain are awesome and wonderful. They were patient with my rotten day, kind to me and my four kids, work quickly and tidied, and helped me after hours. Hurray and thanks!
what should have been a leak in a bathroom faucet handle leak tech d/n fix said simple do it yourself . Still trying to do it myself. Tech d/n carry parts or replacemnt (standard bathroom faucet. Spent $142 and got no resolution
Rudy Rudy!! What can I say? I am a single mom. I live in an old world war 2 home, and my 8 year old son likes a lot of toilet paper. In other words...we see these guys a lot. I have had at least 3 plumbers over, and they are very friendly. Courteous, and do their best NOT to come back all the time. They have all gone above and beyond by talking to my son about his toilet paper use, talking to me about preventative measures and how to clear my drains. I am deeply appreciative of the plumbers they hire and their dedication to my family. I would not go anywhere else. This shout out goes to Rudy. Thank you so much. :)

Apollo always fixes the problem no matter how big or small it is. They always get out quickly and get right to work upon arrival, they are my first choice for plumbing!
Apollo Drain did a great job getting our hot water pressure back up and running in our apartment complex. They were on time, professional, and we're all able to enjoy energizing showers once again! Great service, and friendly staff... would definitely recommend Apollo.
The dispatcher followed through and phoned me 20 minutes before the Plumber arrived.
When Rod S. Sr., came to the door, he introduced himself and had a friendly demeanor. He was thorough in his estimate and gave me plenty of options to choose from! We have decided to call Apollo back to do the actual work and we will ask for Rod to come out to complete it.

Our Apollo serviceman and his assistant showed up on time and after talking with my husband and I abourt our issue, went straight away to work. They did an excellent job. They weren't in a rush, but didn't move slow at all. For me as a woman too, they didn't give me a creepy feeling like some other handy man have given me before. I didn't feel intimidated or uncomfortable at all. They fixed the problem well and I would call them again, for sure, if I had any other plumbing issues.
They fixed a plumbing issue here at our business. They were professional, courteous and fast. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend!
