There is no support after the sale. I contacted them to purchase a replacement UV lamp and no one has returned my inquiry.

Please be very cautious if doing any business with this company. They work under three names and market their systems through distributors who do not follow through on promises made to their customers. Although the product is good, the sales, marketing and service lack credibility.
