The crew was very professional, arrived on time, did a fantastic job they did an excellent job they brought their on cleaning equipment couldn't ask for anything more I would recommend them to anyone.

The ladies that came were professional and extremely detail oriented. They greatly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using Better Maid again and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a cleaning company. My husband and I have used Better Maids for 8 years now. Service is excellent. They are always flexible if I need to change our scheduled appt. On the rare occasion that something isn't quite to my satisfaction, Dave is extremely responsive and handles it immediately. We are completely satisfied with the Better Maid experience & STAFF! The ladies are wonderful!

My experience with this company has been a very good one. It took very little time to set up my appointment. The ladies were on time and courteous. Everything I needed them to do was done well above my expectations and at a very fair price. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

To me it was way overpriced for the quality of work that was done. They told me they would send 3 girls and complete with in a certain amount of time for a set price. Only 2 girls came, they were half hour late. They took their time cleaning, not very well I will add then when the time is up they wanted almost $100 more to finish the job. Sorry you should not be charged for time they spend on their cell phone and lolly gagging around. Would not recommend them to anyone.
