Honestly I wouldn't even give them the one star. We put a down payment for a modular home back in the first part of March. We are STILL waiting for our home to even be ordered to be built. We have good credit, and were instantly approved but do not understand what is taking so long. We call them numerous times each week only to be blown off by being sent to voicemail or talking to a secretary. It s ridiculous. We are currently searching for another place to purchase a home from and are getting our down payment back. I highly DO NOT recommend Ranch Park Homes for anything!!!
