Excellent service from begining to end. The man who answered the phone came across as very knowledgeable and after a few basic questions, gave me a 'no-guessing' upfront amount. This impressed me because I had called 3 other locksmiths prior and they all gave me estimates, alot of himming and hawing if you will. The technician arrived not too long after. He was very polite, friendly, and wasted no time tackling the lock. Within 10 minutes he was done. This man is definitely a master of the trade and became my hero of the day. Everything that was said on the phone was promised and delivered. The technician called just prior to arriving to get my exact location, did the unlocking, and charged me the exact amount that I was told over the phone, which was less than what the other locksmiths were 'guess-timating' to charge me. Would I recommend them, yes. Would I use them again, absolutely. They did a great job rescuing a damsel in distress at Chesterfield Town Center.
