We are an "approved" vendor, we only did one job for this company and will never do business again! First and foremost they just do not pay, they treat customers as if they are all guilty until proven wrong! Meaning... if anything that they say is supposed to be covered, is indeed not covered at all. They will not pay for anything, i hope customers understand that! Think about all the money you spend paying for the warranty and the cost of fixing or replacing what they claim to cover.... By the time they get around to telling you that your part is not approved you will be sitting how long without!

I took out a policy a short ago with you. I am still waiting for the hard copy I was promised. I got on line and was able to go through the policy. The policy is called choice "home warranty" but that is the name of the company. It is a general policy and covers some things but it doesn't cover a lot of things. For example if your motor on your appliance goes it will cover it but it doesn't cover most other things that would go wrong and usually when an appliance fails it is most other things. They also poor ratings from the Better Business Bureau and a lot of other sites. Look through the policy before you spend your money, and the 30 days they give free is because the policy doesn't start for 30 days from the day of purchase. This policy does not mean you are never going to have to call a repairman. Buyer beware.
