Highly recommend this company! A very professsional job which was done exactly as proposed. The price was competitive, on schedule and with a high degree of expertise. One clear aspect of this organization is that they are honest. Unlike one proposal I received, Complete Chimney Sweeps only included work that was really needed. I definately plan to pass the word to my family members and friends.

Had to change the start date of the project which caused some confusion for my schedule but they were clear about why. Explained the work, why, how and were very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up nicely which is always a plus! My new chimney looks clean, pretty and the cap is a great addition. He always answered my calls or returned my calls once he was free. Sometimes this is unheard of. No final rating given yet--I am anxious to see how it lasts--I have had bad luck with chimney repairs in the past.
