Easily the worst company I have ever been a part of in my life! The GM treats employees like the trash they occassionally pick up as scheduled. They overwork their drivers and deduct their pay for anything that they can. It's funny to read the google reviews from "customers", really employees trying to help themselves out. Awful customer service, management, and ownership. There is no wonder why they are always hiring for so many jobs at one time, they can't keep anyone. The GM won't give you a performance review, and has been overheard talking negatively about employees. The only thing this company cares about is the town of Leesburg contract, which is worth multi-millions. Everything else is a formality to them. The inner-office environment is a joke. This place should have closed its doors years ago, and people need to wise up when looking for trash disposal.

LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, I myself have been in the service industry for a decade and this is my first time writing a review ever, because these people are so terrible that the world needs to know. CSI is the most pathetic excuse for a functioning business I've ever found, and I'm appalled that anyone would pay them money for the lack of service they provide.

None of the residential trash services are great - all miss from time to time etc. We tried each service for 3 to 4 years before moving on. CSI is who we have now and it is the worst so we are canceling (CSI misses constantly and tells you "the truck GPS says it came by"...my full trash can put out the night before says otherwise). Maybe being family run has reduced its capability to effectively manage the business - it seems to be just out of their reach.

I do construction work and many times during a job I use dumpsters. After my current dumpster company let me down I called CSI and I had a dumpster within 4 hours and it cost me less. Fair price, fast service that works for me.
