Duane Meyers and Larry Smith founded this agency which started in January 2002, however, our experience in the cruise industry and with customer service goes back many years before opening our own agency. We credit our continued success to repeat business and many referrals which we receive from our satisfied clients. Duane and Larry have traveled on more than 50 cruises, personally experiencing every major cruise line and visiting numerous ports of call. Our expertise, advice and knowledge are on a first hand basis so that we may better help find our clients the vacation that is personally suited for them. In addition our office manager, Kim Sproles, has experienced many of the newer ships, thus making all three of us extremely knowledgeable of the cruise industry so that we may better serve our customer needs.
