#1 DO NOT USE THEM.- LADY IS RUDE RUDE RUDE. Horrible customer service!!! #2 The woman that answers the phone will cut you off as you are trying to ask questions. # 3 I was trying to see if they might have a part for my car, she told me they were not that kind of business.When you are trying to ask about the type of business she is very short (questions was are you not a salvage yard as that is how you are listed) # 4 She then hangs up on you as you are still trying to discover an answer to your question that you did NOT get to complete. # 5 When you call back and ask to speak to the manager, she refuses to let you talk to them, telling YOU, that you should think bout how you speak to people and she told me " no you are not going to talk with the manager..She tells you as I told you when you called the firs time, we are not that type of business, I hadn't even gotten my question ask. # 6 When I was trying to explain what I was trying to look for, in between being cut off, she told me we are not that type of company and hung up on me a 2nd time. I told her I would be up there to talk to her manager, she chuckled and hung up. This is not a way to treat people who are potential customers trying to see if this business could help you out. Not one time did I get to finish my question to her, she cut me off thru out the entire conversation ( not really a conversation) This was the most rudest woman in a publc business I have delt with in many years. Let alone even trying to understand what she was saying. My rating for this woman and the representation of the company is NOT even 1 star. They will never get my business and you can bet I will let my friends know as well. How sad in todays times when small businesses need customers and then to treat them in such an unprofessional manner.
