My refrigerator went warm so I google searched and found Doug. I called him at about 10 AM on a Tuesday, he said he had time that afternoon. He called me before he came and was punctual and professional upon arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had a replacement part ready, and fixed it in an hour. The appliance was in an awkward spot but he did not complain at all. I couldn't have asked for better service and his rate was reasonable. I would highly recommend him for appliance fixes and will use him again.
