I rented a waterslide for my daughters birthday for pick up the day before the party. They were never there when they said they were for us to pick it up. We tried to pick it up 4 times in 2 days. They would not answer the phone and started sending it straight to voicemail. We were only 1 of 6 different people waiting at the warehouse to pick up the product we had paid for. I had to find another slide in a couple of hours to have for my daughters birthday. I will never use this company again.

They are the bomb--You can not ask for any better to handle the details. They are prompt and friendly. You get it a long time and they are the best prices in town.
