I contracted H&L for a set of four impact doors. Mr. Lobato measured the space and recommended french doors not realizing that one set would interfere with a retractable and motorized 43-foot awning. After the installation, he realized that the two doors were only going to swing half-way because thay hit the awning. He allowed a $500. credit off the $16.300 price of the windows but the person he recommended did not show up to raise the awning. I contacted other awning companies who indicated that the awning could not be raised and that a new one would cost $16,000. Mr. Lobato washed his hands and left me stuck with this problem which could have been avoided if he had ordered sliding doors. I will not use the ervices of this company again and will make sure that next person is properly licensed and insured In addition, it did not pass inspection
