Jaynes Concrete did my addition to my home and added an 85' concrete driveway in 2014. They were very professional and the quality was excellent. I had no issues with customer service and the work was done on time and on budget. I would definitely use them again.

If you are looking for Jaynes concrete to come back and fix their defective work don't bother. Back in March 2011 Jaynes Concrete did an extension to my existing driveway. They did the job expeditiously and seemed professional. However, 6 month later I noticed large cracks are appearing. I am comparing Jaynes Concrete work to my existing drive way which has no cracks whatsoever after more than five years. I have contacted them twice by phone, and once by mail requesting a visit to evaluate the cause of the cracks and a fix. No one has responded to my request. For the money they charged I expected a better support from them. Now I am left with cracks in the driveway which are going to get worse after first freeze this year.
