      After having another company...

      After having another company out and out lie to us about what was wrong with our system and send out a "family" repair company that wanted to charge me thousands and thousands of dollars as the only option I called JL Smith for a second opinion and I am very glad I did.



      Great same day service, very competitive prices. Jim and his crew did a good job repairing my failing septic system (while being very honest with me each step of the way about the chances of longterm results) for a great price. My wife and I will definetely use them again when we are ready to replace our system.

      WHY STATE THAT YOU SERVE THE HASTINGS ARE WHEN YOU DO NOT? THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AS WELL AS FUSTRATING FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER.

      I am sorry for your experience. Although we do advertise expansively in the Northeast Florida zone and take care to include only the 4 county area of Duval, Clay, Nassau, and extreme Northern St Johns counties, some websites and search engines include us in your service area without our knowledge. We never include the Hastings area in our field of service in advertising that we order. I am sorry for your inconvenience, but do please consider your words next time when we didn't directly deliver services promised. Thank you.
