Perfect he was on time called me 2 times when he left his shop and when he was close. Positive attitude and I used to tow cars for 7 years myself. I can tell he really knew what he was doing. Glad to see a person love there job and take it serious. I would pick this company always thank you guys for working with me and helping me out.

After being strung along for four hours by another company, I called Just In Tyme. Ernie showed up within 30 minutes and was professional and courteous. I don't know WHY I waited so long to call these guys, but I guarantee that next time I'm not going to bother with anyone else. Just In Tyme showed up promptly, did a great job, and gave me a great value with their reasonable price. No BS at all, which is rare around here.

So I broke down on 94 in St Paul in my Durango called 4 companies and Just in Tyme was the best bargain around by far and they only took 20 minutes in rush hour other companies had at least an hour wait time. and best of all when you call you actually are speaking to the owner! You don't get some unpleasant guy trying to get every dollar out of your pocket, they actually want to help you. Great local company

They really are "Just in Tyme" very quick, only took about 15 minutes to get to my car and load it and they were at least $20 dollars cheaper than any other tow place in the area and they use a flat bed ( a lot safer for your car) very easy experience hopefully I won't need a tow again but if I do I'm definitely calling these guys.

Native Owned Towing Company in St. Paul. Saved us....my son waited at his vehicle for 2 hours for another towing company in the dark just off of university avenue. I called Just In Tyme and the truck showed up in 20 minutes. Good prices....Helpful driver! I highly recommend this company

Clearly the person who answered the phone there had no interest in making moneyfor that company and was rude besides, and hung up on me 2 separate times. Apparently its a bad thing to call a towing service and ask for a quote on having a vehichle towed from 1 location to another location, I was never even given the courtesy of being told we do not give quotes for whatever reason, nor was I given the opportunity to give the locations in question. I was just hung up on twice. I realize the quality of people generally found at most towing companies is very low, still that behavior was appalling. this occurred on thur 3/14/2013 at approximately 12 noon. I address this issue to the owner of this business and Inform you I will seek towing services elsewhere.
