      If you need someone to completely redo your yard or just maintain it to make it look like the best in the neighborhood kersey springs is who you want to call. They're on top of everything and all of them are so nice and respectful. I almost don't want to share them! Lol

We are members of the American Nursery and Landscaping Association, Pennsylvania Landscape and Nurserymen's Association, as well as the Chambersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Kelsey Springs places a huge emphasis on family and community. We do work for the local YMCA and also high aspiring landscapers from the local high schools to give them field experience and additional training. Mark Kelsey, the owner of Kelsey Springs, has been running Kelsey Springs since 1990. Mark has many credentials to his name including a Bachelors degree in Horticulture and Land Use Management From Rutgers University ( Cook College ), Associate degree in Plant Science and Criminal Justice from Mercer County College of New Jersey, and Certifications in both Carpentry and Electricity from Franklin County Career and Technology Center. Aside from his degrees, Mark is also a Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist and is a commercial certified pesticide applicator.
