We called Love plumbing and asked for a quote for a major water leak somewhere on our property. Two technicians promptly came to see were the problem may be. Just a note. It had been raining for a solid week before the crew arrived to find our leak. Not a single tool was removed from the truck and they were able to tell me the leak was is the front yard because it was wet. Really!?? They said Mr. Love would get back shortly to give me a quote to replace the whole line to the house. Five days later after I already had another crew come out and actually verify I had a leak by actually using some of the tools they have on the truck to verify were it was and already had it fixed. Mr. Love finally decided to try and call. After a $750.00 Water bill for our leak I thought he didn't really deserve a call back after a lack of concern on his part. Three weeks later I receive a $100.00 bill in the mail for a very poorly handled job of finding a leak. At my best judgement it was a guess. Remember, the yard was completely saturated from a full weeks worth of rain. And now they want me to pay them for two people who showed up and never removed a tool from their truck to verify a leak. Buyer be wear. I'm a repeat customer and this is the way I'm treated. God help the first time caller. I'll never use them again.

Well organized business

Had two of their employees come out to do a natural gas inspection. Our pipe was basically mesh from sitting on the ground. They had the new parts and were fixing it within the hour. Very reasonably priced and now our family is able to have working heat. Very nice gentlemen. They've earned customers for life.

I just had a new heat pump installed, this is the best company to work with. Great information provided and all the techs were polite and knowledgeable. They will be my company of choice for heat,air and any plumbing issue.

Highly recommend them!!! Two of their competitors quoted us thousands of dollars to repair and replace parts of our Carrier units, but Chris came in and showed us that the problem was minor and only needed a small adjustment. He knew that we thought it was a big issue and had the opportunity to make big money from us, but he was so honest and saved us thousands of dollars. It is so rare today to see a company with such a honest work ethic and high moral value. Please give your business to these people, they deserve it. I needed plumbing service, and was referred to them from another business. The plumbers came out right away, and were very nice. The found out it was an A/C problem and told us we would have to call back to get the A/C people out there. The proceeded to fix another small job I had, in which they dropped a small pin behind the wall. The said they did not have any pins to replace it and would have to run to the supply store to get one and would be right back. An hour and a half later (I am still not sure if I will have to pay for that time) they returned, fixed the job and were on their way. Two days later I was finally able to speak to the A/c guy, whom was very rude. I overheard the operator talking to him on the phone (simply because she did not put me on hold) and he said he didn't care if I was upset that he would call me when he could. He finally called me 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday to tell me that he would not be out until the next week. I told him that I overheard him talking to the operator and that I thought it was best if I got someone else whom would care about this job.
