We have been teaching the benefits of martial arts training to thousands of children and adults. Led by Korean Tiger Team Captain Master Cho, our school is committed to teaching focus, confidence, and respect through the self-defense techniques of Tae Kwon Do. We offer a variety of programs. We are not just a martial arts school - we offer people an opportunity to make a true, lifestyle change. We have a variety of fitness programs for just about any age and fitness level. We also realize that today's families have busy schedules, and adding something new may be challenging. That's why we've designed our Tae Kwon Do program with flexible class times, in order to accommodate as many people's schedules as possible. Unlike other activities, you don't have to come to the same day and time each week. We offer numerous Children, Adult, and Family classes Monday through Saturday, at varying times. You attend whichever classes best fit your schedule. At Master Cho's - We take pride in the quality of our schools. We are a true fitness center. We provide a spacious, clean, and safe environment.
