Modern’s HomeCare Green Program starts with an in-home evaluation to determine the type of pests present and the extent of your current infestation. Through the evaluation we design a custom treatment approach for your particular pest problem, avoiding random applications of pesticides. First, we work to create an exterior barrier around your home to prevent pests from entering in the first place. Then, utilizing non-chemical monitors, we identify pest “hot spots” and treat pest activity accordingly. Lastly, we focus on prevention. Our four planned visits are designed to address the changing pest populations in New England based on the season, ensuring our approach changes as the pest activity changes. Modern's Termite Control and Monitoring Program is designed to eliminate current infestations and provide on-going monitoring to prevent termites from returning in the future. Modern's Termite Control program starts with a FREE In-Home Evaluation. A Modern specialist will conduct a thorough inspection of your home. During the inspection, a detailed graph is created noting current termite activity, amount of damage and conditions that may be conducive for future activity.
