      DO NOT use this company. On a delivery/install for Sears, they failed to show up on the appointed day (technically they had a 10am to 2pm window). First they lost contact with their tech, then they couldn't locate the stove they were hired to install. Neither the technician, nor the office staff had the intelligence or the common courtesy to make a phone call to inform us of the status. Attempts to discuss the no show with the Mr Rooter staff were met with "we'll call you back when we find him." No return call. Called Sears and had the installation switched to a reliable company.

      20% ($218) parts 80% ($867) Labor for a 1 hour job, After they completed I checked the price on the replacement part to see what I was paying for. Now I want to be a plumber so I can make $867 and hour.
