Since 1992, Prince Carpet Services has offered a wide range of residential and commercial cleaning services for residents in the Knoxville, Tenn., area. Owner Matt Prince has over 15 years experience in carpet cleaning. He is a Master Textile Cleaner and Journeyman. From carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning to pressure washing and window washing, Prince Carpet Services can handle it all. We are pet friendly and specialized in pet stain and odor removal. In addition, we also clean tile and grout as part of our cleaning services.

As a perfectionist myself, there is no other cleaning company out there like Prince Carpet Services LLC! After their endless attention to every detail my home is maculate from spotless bathrooms to an unbelievable crumb-free kitchen with every appliance gleaming like it was brand-new again. Excellent service WOW!!! Is what we experienced today with our newly cleaned carpeting, especially our foyer carpet. It looks like new! The technicians were prompt, friendly, professional and hard workers.

In one word - outstanding! Doesn`t matter what you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. Prince Carpet Services LLC did an excellent job and was very courteous. Our carpets look like new & they had not been cleaned for years. Will hire them to stretch and clean carpet in the near future.

Your staff is very friendly and great at what they do. They did not rush as other cleaners have done, but took about 4 hours and the final result was amazing. Talk about fantastic customer service. I will certainly be using Prince Carpet Services LLC again to clean my carpets!
