Don’t use this company! They were supposed to install an entrance gate in our driveway after installing a fence around our property, and they’ve completely disappeared. They will not return our phone calls or emails. They allegedly ordered the gate and it was to to take 4 weeks to arrive, and we’re now about a month after that. In the meantime, we have a horrible, stopgap gate in place that doesn’t sit on the hinges right and has torn up our pavement. This is completely unprofessional and frustrating. We now have to hire another fence company, order another gate, and wait longer while our driveway gets torn up. Please stay away from this company and save yourself the frustration and headache and time trying to pin them down.
Was to have an install done on July 10, after waiting almost a month. I called the Friday before to confirm, no call back. Took off from work for that Monday, lost a days pay, no show and no call to advise of why they didn't show up. I have left multiple messages and emails with no response at all. I had used them many years ago and they did a good job and I was hoping to use again. But I guess not.

I had Quality Built Fence Company build a fence for me in July of 2014. Within a few weeks several of the boards had warped badly and one of the gates would no long close. I notified them of the problem and was assured they would be out soon to fix it. It is now May of 2015 and the fence is still not fixed. I have sent them several emails and they always say they will be there within a few days to fix it. They have never shown up. In my last communication with them (April 15th) I informed them that I would be posting negative reviews and filing a complaint with the BBB if the fence was not repaired by the end of April. It is now May the 5th and the fence has still not been repaired. I would be careful when working with this company. It has been my experience that they do not honor their warranty and in my opinion have very little regards for their customers once they have gotten their money. Buyer beware!!!
