We were selling our home, and had radon test high, so Dan and company came back to our house about 3 years after installing a reduction system. His team worked tirelessly, trying different techniques, to figure out why our radon was testing high. After quite a few visits, I'm thrilled to say he got our radon level below 4 pCi/L. Communication was key for me. I was able to text Dan at 6am or at 7pm, it didn't matter, he was always prompt to respond with answers and putting my concerns at ease through the stressful process that is selling a home. Radon is a pretty serious problem, and I would never trust a jack-of-all trades or anyone other than a true professional in the field. That what Radon Solutions is - professionals at a one ever-so-important thing: Reducing Radon levels to below industry and government recognized limits. They were up-front with us from the beginning, and told us that it might take a couple of attempts and different suction points in order to get the job done. They were correct. However, they stuck to the job until completion, made three visits (always on time and prompt), as we ended-up needing two suction points and a larger pump. The crew were again, "professional", their workmanship was top-notch, they treated our house with respect while working, their piping and cuts were as good as it gets, and best of all, the Radon levels have been reduced from about 10 to less than 4, where it should be. Outstanding! Their pricing was up-front, no hidden costs, and very reasonable given the task at hand. I would recommend Radon Solutions to anybody, period!! I couldn't be happier. Good folks too!
