I was given an hour ETA, the driver arrived a few minutes early. Les was courteus & professional. He made a bad experience a little better. Thank you.

So first off, the driver, Carlos, was 30 minutes late. When he finally arrives, he can't figure out how to lower the truck to tow my car. He has me get in his truck and step on the clutch for him. He has to get on his cell phone to ask someone how to operate his truck. He clearly had no clue what he was doing. So after he tows my car to the auto shop, he BACKED MY CAR INTO A FENCE. He didn't even know he did It. I had to TELL HIM that he did. So after he pulls my car out of the fence he put it in, I start asking him for his insurance information, he refuses to give it to me. He tries to argue which scratches he made and which ones were already there to begin with. Then he tells me that he Is having a worse day than i am.... WTH?!

So I call the number on the side of the truck to report him and his wife answers the phone and rudely says "he will handle it" because he is the owner of the company. Carlos was rude, inexperienced, and unprofessional. He damaged my property and refused to take responsibility And then he has THE NERVE to charge me $40 for an extra 3 miles of towing.



NEVER USE THIS TOW COMPANY. EVER.

Lady who answers the phone is rude. They charge $25 if they need to use a dolly. Will never do business with them and do not recommend. This business doesn't even deserve one star
