      Came out to look at a leaking pipe in my garage. Quoted me $350 for the repair that he told me would take ONE HOUR to complete. When I didn't hire them they left after charging me the trip fee, but didn't turn my water back on or flip the breaker back on, of which I was unaware. Came home that evening to no water in the house.
