Easy to schedule online and received multiple reminder calls. Technician arrived earlier than the window, was very professional, diagnosed the problem, gave pricing and shared his professional opinion.

LG Washer was broken. Made appt and technicians came next day. They arrived earlier in the time frame given and spent approx 2 hrs fixing prob. They were very informative and told me ways to maintain my washer and helpful to sell products as I didn't know I needed to have. The lead technician had a another "shadow" him. Appt was very thorough, efficient and fast! Very happy!

Since 4 August we've been trying to get our combination refrigerator /freezer repaired as the freezer portion wasn't cooling. After a noshow by a mechanic a fortnight ago, this Tuesday the service was accomplished, net result was now neither the fridge nor the freezer are working. We have to wait a week for a follow-up appointment. Sears did arrange a $100 credit so we could buy a mini fridge to tide us over.

Technician was prompt, very professional and thorough. Fixed the problem and gave me a very good price for work.

Mike was the best technician we have had from Sears in a long time. He explained everything that was needed for our clothes washer and some of the new items to watch out form.

Called with a broken washing machine. Had to wait 8 days for service. Service man arrives and tells us that he doesn't have the part (even though we told them what the problem was before they came). Will need to order and wait another week. Only because of our call to a supervisor was this expedited and repaired sooner. Very unhappy with time it took. We have a maintenance agreement with them for which we pay a lot of money. We should not have to wait so long for service.

Repairman was prompt, knew what he was doing, and was very friendly. A pleasure to do business with him.
