Skips Towing picked up my vehicle and drove it to a repair shop. The driver was extremely late, we waited for a while before calling him again to which he said we could lock our keys in the car and he had a tool to then get into my car. So we locked the keys inside and left to take our children home to bed. Upon arrival to the repair shop, the mechanic said that my car door was broken, he couldnt get it to open from the outside and had to climb over the passenger seat to open it. My husband called Skips Towing and the rude unprofessional receptionist said that there was no way a driver broke the door and it wasnt their problem. I then called them back and the same rude lady argued with me and then hung up on me. I asked her for details on when my car was picked up and she refused to give them to me, telling me to call the repair shop. I did talk to the repair shop after and they were just as frustrated as we are. The repair shop even said they will no longer be doing business with Skips Towing. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional they are, not only damaging my door, but their phone etiquette and customer service skills are beyond ridiculous.

Wanted to say thank you to Chad at Skips towing for the great job he did. Everything was upfront..the time estimate and the price was just what was quoted to me. I got my car to the shop and a good price too.Sandy
