General Info

Cost: Any house type including a single family house, townhouse, condo or apartment will have the same base amount of $125. This allows for up to 4 hours of cleaning and is the Choice Cleaning Services minimum fee and includes the “Complete Coverage”. Additional Costs: Any house type that exceeds the 4 hour limit and has a 2 or 3 level condition, will be provided with a recalculated estimate prior to the cleaning. Schedule: I am available for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleans. The coverage area includes the Twin Cities Minneapolis/St. Paul area including but not limited to Edina, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Eagan, Chanhassen, Chaska, Minnetonka, Wayzata, Lakeville and St. Louis Park. Overview of “Complete Coverage”: Each “Complete Coverage” house cleaning job includes a detailed clean of the home’s interior surfaces located in easy-to-reach areas. Over time this would allow for a visible improvement of each house’s interior surfaces throughout. Surface and floor areas along with all other essential surface tops are included. Each room including but not limited to kitchen, living, dining, bathroom, bedrooms, office, indoor patios, laundry and closet areas will be properly cleaned and handled with care. Additional Services: Add-on’s are available and can be added by agreement. Examples would be deep clean of oven, deep clean of refrigerator, hard-to-reach indoor light fixtures, blinds and seals, windows and baseboards.
