The first invoice, after payment, they sent me was not what I paid for, it was for 2 cleaners for two hours, not 2 for 4 hours.First appointment was an 8-12 but the cleaner called in sick. I was told at about 8:30am. Id already left work in order to receive the cleaner and taken unpaid time off work.TCS tried to reschedule me, I had to make it on a Friday so as to avoid taking unpaid time off work, they offered an appointment that was 5 weeks out. I explained that would not work that it needed to be in the next 6 days which left only on Friday (which is a day off work for me).I eventually got it rescheduled for my day off. It didnt happen at this time either. They told me this would be at noon, I left work, drove 30 minutes, to be there to receive the cleaners. At about 1:30 I called TCS to ask where they were, TCS stated the cleaners were probably taking lunch and that shed call to find out. Also that she could use GPS to find out where they were. The cleaning crew called about 2pm, to say they would be 30 minutes, 45 minutes later TCS called to say they had been in an accident and that theyd call me back. Id wasted too much time there already so I left. TCS then called and wanted to try and get someone out that day but Id already hung around long enough for them. The service had to be rescheduled again.I emailed TCS stating I was severely unhappy with the service, that Id expect a refund and the service to be carried out free of charge or some other cleaning service offered free of charge to maybe make me happier about the situation they placed me in. They wouldnt accommodate me on either of these and offered a refund for me to find another company. I was now 6 days out from the renter moving in, Id told TCS this fact and impressed this upon them, that two appointments had fallen through and that time was of the essence. At this stage it was completely impractical to try an employ another company so I couldnt accept this and just said Id let them clean the house the following Monday, when Id again have to take unpaid time off work.For the third appointment I was promised that the cleaners would turn up between 7:30-8:30am. At 8:45am TCS text saying The team will call you shortly with the arrival time. At 9:29am I text back saying Id still had no word. Almost immediately the cleaner called to say theyd be a half our until arrival. The cleaner had to ask for my address because TCS had not shared it with her, she stated shed been reassigned. It was 10:09am when they eventually turned up. I got a text from the cleaner at 1:36pm asking where they should leave the key and that they were over their time at 2:09pm.My house has no furniture, wall coverings, ornaments, it is totally empty. It had just been recarpeted. The walls, ceilings, doors and baseboards had just been freshly painted, small amount of tiled area.Upon inspection, the cleaner had not cleaned outside windows, as asked, that did not have screens covering them. They had left the microwave dirty, the floor in the sides on the fridge dirty, the fridge exterior hadnt been cleaned, the towel rails, etc were dirty, The side of guest bath was dirty/untouched this is beside the toilet, therefore this meant urine was left on the bath. I went back with a black light and confirmed that the bath had not been cleaned, even though the cleaner said they had. The glass on the master shower was not cleaned properly. The property is Single Story, its 1500 Sq Ft, has a small kitchen, small guest bathroom, small master bathroom.I called Customer Service and spoke to them about my displeasure at everything, they asked what Id like to do to remedy the situation. I said Id like a full refund to which they agreed and we ended the conversation.Debra, Operations Manager, then called me.
