She came out and measured for the new door as well as explained to my husband and I how all the parts work. She made me feel very educated about a project we went into knowing nothing about. The technician, Curtis, she sent out to complete the installation knew exactly what he was doing and was very polite. This experience turned out to be more fun than we ever expected purchasing a garage door could be. After purchasing a new home in Chico I was told about this company from a friend.
