DO NOT use this towing service! They towed our vehicle illegally and damaged it in the process. Beware!!!

Really bad customer service. Didn't even give a copy of a record when and where my car was towed when I asked one. Also, the car was parking in a legal parking place and was towed without any proper notice. When I found out the car was towed by this company and called them to ask the reason why my car got towed, the person answer the phone only told me their location and hanged up the phone. When I came to the company to pick car up, I got charged $175 dollars for a vehicle which is less than 10,000 pounds. Owner of the company only answer me if I want my car back, just give $175 dollars in cash. And again, when I asked a copy of record when and where my car got towed, he only threaten me and said if i don't leave, he would call police in three minutes. Really bad company and Really Bad service.
