I've had so much trouble with this company, it would take pages to describe. Overall, while they showed up promptly to assess the job, they did sloppy work, had to return three times to try to repair/fix and still have not managed to do the job right. Now the owner avoids making new appointments saying that they are sick or out of town. Save your time and your money by choosing a different company. Terrible.

Don't waste you time on this one. He didn't show up for the first appointment to give me an estimate -- even after he called to say he was running late. He was on time for the second appointment, but then he apparently forgot to actually send the estimate. After I called to ask about the estimate, he said he would send it that same night ... but he never did. I gave up, and put him in the "completely unreliable" category.

My business got broken into by some punk kids the other day who smashed my storefront. After I reported the situation I found Vitro Glass online. The owner was extremely nice and agreed to show up first thing in the morning the next day. He did a great job, was clean, quick, and priced very reasonably
