We had Bill shingle our roof and it took forever. During that time it leaked in several spots and ruined the drywall and he wouldn't repair it. One area he wanted to build a knee wall, make the roof flat, and cut the overhang off. I was worried about it leaking and he guaranteed it wouldn't. Well it's three years later, the roof leaks every time there's snow melt off, and when I call him up and he looks at it he says it's not his fault it's leaking. Very disappointed, and now I'm going to have to hire another contractor to do it the way it should of been done the first time.

Repaired my leaking roof with a guarantee. leaked first rain. Came out second time. Still leaked. Called again and said he couldn't guarantee forever. I understand that but the problem was never originally fixed.
