This is a very small motel--maybe 10x10 plus a small slot for spare cot; actually it was an old trailer that was converted into a motel. It was not comfortable at all, main door didn't have safety lock, bathroom door lock stuck, sink clogged muddy in the front step. It was $77 for the room plus fee for kids and pet. I paid a little over $100 for this shack and not worth it!!!!
