I was in the market recently for a van for my carpet cleaning business. I saw one on the Muzi Ford website that was just what I needed. It was a gently used vehicle with low miles and at a price I could afford. I went to the dealership to see the van. Justin M. was the sales consultant who showed me the E-150 Cargo Van that I was interested in. It was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. He gave me all the information I needed and showed me the carfax report on it. I appreciated his straightforwardness and help in answering all my questions. I never felt pressured and was very happy with the experience. I drove away feeling confident that I got a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. Thanks Justin and Muzi Ford. Ill be back again!
I have bought two vehicles from this company and will continue to buy any vehicles I need in the future from them as well. They deliver top shelf quality and service every time I come in. I always get a great deal too. If they don't have EXACTLY what you want, they devote their time and energy into making or finding you the perfect vehicle. After coming home with my new Tahoe a few months ago I had a few questions about the back seating and towing capabilities. I simply called them up, asked, and they were courteous enough to answer right then and not put me on hold for half an hour or pass me around to many different people. I have recommended them to friends and family too. My aunt actually came up from North Carolina just to buy from them! ( And to visit me too I am sure!) If you want to leave the dealership feeling like you practically stole the vehicle by getting such a great price, this is the place. If you want salesmen who care, this is the place. 5 Stars in my book!
Be careful when you leave your vehicle for service at Muzi Motors in Needham. When I picked up my Ford Truck after service I found all of the contents in the bed of the truck where thrown from one side of the truck to the other. One of their quality employees when on a joy ride through the parking lot causing this issue. They then suggented that I had a leak in the rear axle when picking up the vehicle. Was this caused by the employee? I complained though an e-mail and have heard nothing from them.

Got a great used truck for what I think was a great price, but Horrible customer service, they never call you back, they are rude, and it took 3 weeks to get my Reg and even after that the truck failed the inspection, nothing major but this is a car dealership you should be selling cars that pass the inspection test since its required the first week of ownership.
