We stopped in at the Church Street Store because we were out and about shopping for a new Recliner. While at the Store and searching for a Chair with Tracey, Rachel Korowski overheard our conversation that we were also in the market for a Small Gate-Leg Table. Unbeknownst to us (Myself, Fred and Sue), Rachael was fast at work trying to find a Supplier who she could possibly Order a Table for us. We struck-out with our Recliner Purchase, due to my Large size of over 6' 6" Tall and 275 Pounds, but when we were getting ready to leave, Rachael approached us and gave the Literature she had retrieved to Tracey to see if we were interested in any of the several Suppliers that she had located. Long Story-Short, but we did like one particular selection, so we placed and Order on-the-spot. Just one Perfect example of Sales/Customer Svc personnel going the extra mile to complete an excellent experience and develop a VERY satisfying relationship with the customer. Oh, by the way; as we were leaving the Store ,we spotted another Item near the exit which was on-sale and exactly what we were looking for, but due to our need to get on the road to another destination, we did not have time to stop, go back, and make the Purchase. Not to worry. As we were on the road, we decided to Call back to the Store to see if we could make the transaction. Tracey took care of the Purchase for us and even suggested holding the item until our Table arrives, so we could SAVE approximately 100 dollars on the Delivery Charges. Perfect solution, and we will not forget the excellent Service we received at Regal House. Thanks again to Tracey and Rachael; your the BEST !!
