Make sure that you get your appointment in writing! I made an appointment a week ago and waited all day for them to show up. Which they never did! When I called the office number, the lady said my appointment was for the following week! What really upsets me is that I called the office on a Friday to confirm my 8 am appointment for Monday and she said "yes, your all set, he will see you on Monday! However, she turned it around when I called on Monday and said "Oh its schedule for next Monday not today. It would not have been so bad if I lived in the house and had something to do or watch. I also took the day off from work, what a wasted vacation day! I sat there all day waiting for the electrical man to show up which he never did, nor did he call me to let me know that he was going to be a no show!In closing, the point of this write up is to make sure that you have the person that you speak to on the phone email or text you with an appointment confirmation, so they don't tell you the same thing that they told me. I just dont understand workers today? They all cry that they need work, but it is like pulling teeth to get them to come out and do the work. Oh well I am going to have to move on to my third electrician. I hope he or she shows up.
