      No commitment to quality. The bottom line seems to be delivery over quality.

      A-1 machine is also an unsafe working environment. Conditions lead to a high turnover ratio especially among supervisors and salesmen. I would avoid this unprofessional atmosphere unless you are desparate for delivery dates.
