The reason I gave one star is because I took six shirts to wash and they gave me a receipt saying $14.40, however, when I went to pick up I had to pay $20.40. I asked why and they said that is because they charge $1 more for xl shirt. I explained that it was not fair that they didn't tell me before and they should charge me the price on the receipt. Of course nothing was done because in this place customer isn't important. If they had damaged one of the shirts nothing would have done as well, I would have to pay and leave with a damaged shirt.
