Please don't buy here they make promises and never deliver. The furniture is junk and they won't even try to accomodate. They don't return phone calls, eventally the owner could care less because they won't even give his name out and apparently he is too good to call customers back. They make you pay up front for everything before they will even deliver. Now I know why because the furniture is delivered broken. I work for a major company and I can tell you that I am goint to spread the word like wild fire. No one and I mean no one that I know or work with will ever buy from this company. I have had better service from a five and dime. I understand that some things are uncontrollable and I am a reasonableperson, if they were to try and accomodate or mke things right with me rom the beginning it wouldn't have been an issue. I am a consumer and all I wanted was honesty and I didn't get any of that. I am still getting lied to. All I can say at this point is lesson learned and they have no idea what damage I can do with just the people I know. I can assure you the will not be in business long!!!!!! RATING NEGATIVE

Do not buy from their location in the Farmers Market-- they are only open certain days and the "main store" can't answer any questions regarding anything going through the other. They are terrible at returning phone calls, their delivery service is fictional, and they are not very accommodating. I ordered my piece almost 6 weeks ago now and still have not received it. I will definitely not be doing business with them again

I am so dissatisfied I ordered a Entertainment Center in Nov with the promise it would be delivered the first week of Dec second week at the latest. Explained that I needed it before Christmas they said there last Delivery into NJ before Christmas is 12/19/2013 Today and guess what still not in....have called multiple times and get the same run around that they will get back to me and never do .....asked to have my credit card refunded and they put me on hold tell me there is no manager available and give me to the same sales person whom keeps lying to us.....now we have to go to there store to try to get a refund and hopefully find someplace that can fulfill our order before 12/25 I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH COHEN AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

They scammed me of thousands of dollars and delivered used and broken products. .they lie lie lie take your money and leave u stranded.. The salesman was very helpful. He helped us choose a great living room and dining room for our new home. Delivery took 6 weeks and everything seems great ! The deal we got was a catch !

Sales people are really nice and helpful. I bought a dining room set for a great deal. Delivery was going to be 4-6 weeks so I just picked it up myself after 2 weeks. Very happy with my decision to buy from them.
