Seriously, what happened to this place?! They used to be so dependable. I would bring my car to them all of the time. Referred more people there than I could count who had negative experiences recently. For the last repair on my car, I left my car there FOUR separate times. After weeks wasted and hundreds of dollars, they still failed to fix the problem. And with no good explanation, other than "maybe [I] should bring it down to the original dealer" because they "have better equipment." Well, why didn't they say that at the beginning, instead of taking a person's hard-earned money for a job not well done and with no accountability or concern for a customer's safety. My car repeatedly died in traffic after picking it up from this place. They will never get my business or a referral, again. Good riddance and maybe this will save the next person the same grief!
