I purchased a Tempstar system from Coolquest 5 years ago. August 16, at 7pm, we notice our system isn't cooling. It was 91 degrees outside. We immediately freaked out thinking we were SOL since it was after business hours. We were happily surprised when we spoke to Robert. He was able to get us through the night with a short/quick fix. Our serviceman Ricky showed up early in the morning and replaced a very expensive part under warranty. Our bill was nothing! They got us through the night with air, and was here first thing in the morning to do a warranty repair. I have also had them repair my mothers unit. They are always there to give the best service for affordable rates. On this repair, we honestly thought the warranty wouldn't cover it. What a pleasant surprise. Other companies would push warranty work off for less busy times. Thank you CoolQuest!
