      General Info
      Susanna's Guest House, was built circa 1860 in the Early Victorian Italianate Style and has four unique acommadations. Our goal is to personalize, and create a memorable experience during your stay. We have welcomed guests from all over the world, and can accomodate nearly every budget and interest. Visitors passing through Cincinnati or Clermont County enjoy staying with us as an alternative to cookie cutter hotel rooms. We are also a Cincinnati event venue with families and groups enjoying weddings, retreats, memorial services, reunions, corporate meetings, parties, yoga and dance events. Couples come for romantic honeymoon and anniversary stays. Overnight, weekly, extended stay, and whole house rates available. The Thomas and Susanna Ashburn room is a King Suite featuring a large Jacuzzi tub and antique chandeliers, perfect for romantic getaways. The Hawley Suite has two adjoining rooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with a King, suitable for familys and friends. The O'Rourke room has a Queen bed and is located on the first floor. The Captain Wagner room has a queen bed, walk in shower, and is also located on the first floor. Each room has a fireplace and private bath. The house also features free wifi, satellite televison, the Kerry Dicke Library (in memory of our beloved friend), hundreds of books, a dining room, and kitchen. We also have a firepit, plenty of room for outdoor games, bicycles, a canoe, boat rides, and horse riding lessons available to our guests. We are located on the river, one block from a public boat ramp.
