If I could give them negative reviews I would. I'd like to first state that I am a 19 year Active Duty Marine and am bound to my orders to the Marine Crops. With that said, Jerry's Self Storage of New Windsor does not understand what that means. I received orders out of New York and gave plenty of notice to vacate from my storage unit (over a months notice when only 15 days are required). Never once did anybody there tell me that if I went over the 1st of the month I'd be responsible for an entire months rent and not prorated for the days of the month that were used. I went back to confirm my move out date and was THEN told(AFTER I made reservations)that I'd be charged for the whole month of July because of my move out date of 7 July. I find it ridiculous that they won't pro-rate me the 7 days of July.After explaining this, the woman said she felt threatened and called my command. I never threatened anyone, all I wanted was to pay for the 7 days that I was using and be done.

Can't beat their prices. You would think you were entering a hotel when you first walk in.

Great Prices I felt really safe putting my items in there building the owners wife is so nice actually felt like one of the family when I was there

I had a great experience with this place nice attractive staff I did move out but if I ever need them again I know where to go

I would recommend renting at Jerry's. Staff is pleasant and building is clean.

I saw an on tv about them having all sizes for 99 dollars. I went down there and they only had 10x10 or 10x5 's open. So I got a unit anyways and they put me on the forth floor through a maze of hallways to find my unit. I find it and it is kinda smaller then I thought I saw in the demo one. Anyways I work two jobs and can only get there around 6-9 pm. They close at 6 or eariler cuz when get there the building is locked up and office is empty. I tried calling to see when they are open and was yelled at then they hung up on me . I am actually moving now so I can get my stuff out and be done with this place.

Called Jerry's to find out what their hours were since I had been there 3 -4 times and they were never open. They were nasty on the phone and actually hung up on me. Don't waste your time here. Take your business elsewhere.

Jerry's has both indoor and outdoor storage. It is clean. The climate controlled units are perfect. Prices are great! I will definitely continue to use them for my storage.
