      Founded in 2002, Home Cooking New York (HCNY) is a small recreational cooking school located in downtown New York City. We offer classes for adults and teens. HCNY's classes range from the basic cooking techniques (Six Basic Cooking Techniques, How to Cook Fish) to more cuisine-focused (Indian, Thai, French Bistro, Northern Italian). Each 2.5 class ends in a full sit-down dinner with classmates.
