About Spark Productions Spark Productions is a leading presenter of award-winning theater on and off Broadway and in London. Since 2003, Spark Productions has staged a mix of innovative classics and new works, including The Norman Conquests, directed by Matthew Warchus, and winner of the 2009 Tony and Drama Desk awards for Best Play Revival, All My Sons, starring John Lithgow, Dianne Wiest, Patrick Wilson and Katie Holmes, with direction by Simon McBurney ; The Miracle Worker, starring Abigail Breslin, Alison Pill, Matthew Modine, Jennifer Morrisoon and Elizabeth Franz and staged by Kate Whoriskey ; Ragtime, directed by Marcia Milgrom Dodge ; Impressionism, starring Joan Allen and Jeremy Irons and directed by Jack O'Brien ; Desire Under the Elms, starring Brian Dennehy, Carla Gugino and Pablo Schrieber and directed by Robert Falls ; The Seagull, starring Kristin Scott Thomas and Peter Sarsgaard and staged by Ian Rickson ; Thurgood, with Laurence Fishburne and direction by Leonard Foglia ; The Country Girl, starring Frances McDormand, Morgan Freeman and Peter Gallagher and directed by Mike Nichols. Bridge & Tunnel went on to win a Tony Award on Broadway. Spark Productions is currently producing the Broadway productions of A Little Night Music, orignally starring Tony-winner Angela Lansbury and Oscar-winner, Catherine Zeta-Jones and directed by Trevor Nunn. Since July 2010, the musical stars Tony-winners Bernadette Peters and Elaine Stritch. Other Spark productions inclued Twyla Tharp's Tony-nominated Come Fly Away and a London revival of All My Sons, starring David Suchet and Zoe Wanamaker and directed by Howard Davies.
